Classes at Cregan O'Brien School of Irish Dance

Cregan O'Brien School of Irish Dance * Atlanta, GA

The CREGAN-O'BRIEN SCHOOL OF IRISH DANCE was founded in 1998 by Lisa Cregan-O'Brien, TCRG. Lisa arrived in July, 1998 from Dublin to teach Irish dancing in Atlanta. Lisa is a world class professional dancer. She has been winning championships since she was four. Lisa is so well respected as a dancer that she was chosen to represent the finest in Irish Dance by performing the lead in the RTE (Irish Radio)Spirit of Ireland tour of the U.S. (1996).

Cregan O’Brien School members perform at festivals, community gatherings, schools, nursing homes, churches and anywhere else we can fit into our schedule. We have marched in parades, danced at festivals and have often been asked to perform at events around Georgia and in neighboring states. We are very much in demand during the Christmas Holidays. Needless to say, near St. Patrick's Day we are asked to do as many performances as we can fit in.

Please browse our pages and meet our teacher and our dancers. Then give us a call or send a message from the Contact Us page and see how easily you can become part of the fun and the fellowship.

What makes CO'B different?

In addition to personally teaching all her class, Lisa creates all of her own choreography, thereby ensuring that all the dancers that she leads to Prizewinner and Championship levels have unique routines that have not been recycled or seen anywhere else.

In the 9 years that CO'B has been in existance, we have performed on CNN, Good Morning Atlanta, and various St. Patrick's Day activities, as well as had dancers featured in Hornpipe magazine.
